One of the best resorts we stayed at Kolli Hills ..the service is impeccable The staff are friendly and helpful, The food is really good like home made .. the mobile network is the big issue but the resort wi-fi will compensate this.. highly recommended special thanks to the manager who made our stay a memorable⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful resort located on Kollihills.......Rooms are neatly done, food and service at all areas are highly appreciated.........The breakfast and service was nice...........and fast.. I would highly recommend this hotel........

Wonderful experience, awesome stay at the resort, Initially we did not expect this amazing views, my kids enjoyed somuch in the Play area, staff are very courteous and ready to fulfill all your needs in 24 hours. Very good job.

Please do not book this resort/hotel they won't even clean the room lot of dust. Even if we went like couples also they are misuses the females phone number the boy in front office he is texting continuously to my husband he thought that's me and flirting with him. Ever ever please don't book this resort and waste your money.

Terrible cleanliness sense - The rooms were not cleaned out before check in - Even the bed sheets were not changed. I hope the previous tenants were a honeymoon couple . The bedsheets were stained with body fluids... and the room smelled terrible. Even toiletries like a complementary soap and towel were not given for a price of 2400 rupees ( NON AC Room) !!!! The higlight was that my room didnt have a proper latching from inside and i had to inform the reception guys to fix the latch or else there was no way i could have locked my room from inside. Imagine the insecurity when travelling with wife and kid!!!! We were totally upset with the latch story. Coming to the food story - we wanted to have dinner and informed the restaurant manager that we wanted just idlis by 7 PM- and he says we may get it only after 9 PM...!!! What a joke? Why would we wait for 2 hrs to have idlies? coming to early morning tea, almost most of the tenants who were up by 6.30 - 7 AM were already in front of the restaurant and the tea master was on his way yet.. and we had to stand for a good amount of time before we got our tea - Little did we know that the cup of tea was 26 rupees!!!!!!! Then the hihglight of "complementary breakfast" IDli, upma and what ewever was prepared will be available after 8.30 AM only - Time cant be specified.. They ll keep the food in the restaurant and guest need to come and take it.. Is this the way to treat guests? These guys have no idea how to run a hospitality business..... For many families , Kolli hills is a one time trip as the location doesnt have many attractions and if the accomodation is like this, it spoils the entire trip. A strict NO for visitors coming with FAMILY... Regret staying in this place
